Capcom has kicked off Geoff Keighley s Summer Game Fest by revealing the highly anticipated remake of Resident Evil Veronica is coming in 2027. The trailer shows an elderly lady showing an unnamed brother around an apartment in Paris before things get Resident Evil-y. The long-rumoured remake is a reimagining of the 2000 release that is set after Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 and sees Claire and Chris Redfield tackling the Umbrella Corporation on a remote island prison and in Antarctica.
