Effective disaster relief and infrastructure restoration are critical for the economic stability and recovery of rural agricultural communities.
About 720 families in flood-hit villages of Burja mandal in Srikakulam district have received rice and essential goods, and the damaged causeway near Allina has been repaired, as normalcy slowly returns to the area. Floods had damaged crops on over 3,000 acres in the mandal.
