Regional-level Dak Adalat for postal customers in Erode

The Erode Division of the Postal Department has announced a regional-level Dak Adalat to address customer grievances. Customers are invited to submit complaints regarding postal services, savings accounts, or insurance by October 12, 2026.

It provides a formal mechanism for citizens to resolve disputes and service issues with the state-run postal system.
The regional-level Dak Adalat for the month of October will be conducted in Coimbatore, and the date will be announced later.
In a release, K. Gopalan, Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Erode Division, Erode, requested postal customers to send their complaints to the Assistant Director (Mails and Tech), Office of the Postmaster General, Western Region, Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore – 641030, so as to reach the office on or before October 12, 2026. The cover should be superscribed at the top as “Dak Adalat Case.”
Complaints should contain full details such as the date and time of posting, full address of the sender and addressee, and the registered/consignment number with date and office of booking for Money Order (MO), Value Payable (VP), Insured and Speed Post articles.
