Redmi Note 17 Pro Max Review | Only a few standout strengths to its name

Last month, I reviewed the Redmi Note 17 , and now I have its Pro Max sibling with me: the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max. The phone takes over from the Redmi Note 15 Pro+, but the price has also moved up significantly.
At ₹49,999, it is around ₹10,000 costlier than the previous-generation model. That puts the Redmi Note 17 Pro Max directly up against phones such as the OnePlus Nord 6, the Poco X8 Pro Max, the Motorola Edge 70 Pro, the Nothing Phone 4a Pro and the Samsung Galaxy A37. The phone, therefore, needs to deliver across several departments to prove its value to users in this price range.
So, what exactly does the Pro Max bring to justify the jump in price?
