Reddit is expanding its Max campaigns to all marketers, while bringing more functionality to the AI-powered ad offering by integrating with Reddit's advertising API, onboarding AI ad platform Smartly, and introducing asset group capability.

Max campaigns were initially launched earlier this year , allowing advertisers to automate their campaign process, including targeting, creative, placements, and budget allocation, based around insights gathered from Reddit's audience.

According to Reddit's internal findings, advertisers running Max ads have seen on average 17% lower costs and 27% more conversions compared to regular campaigns.
