The reshuffle of Resident District Commissioners (RDC) and Resident City Commissioners (RCC), including their deputies and assistants is scheduled for October, the Permanent Secretary Office of the President, Haji Yunus Kakande, has revealed.
Kakande said some of the RDCs and RCCs who have not performed to the expected standards will be dropped. "We shall have other options for non-performing RDCs/RCCs," he said.
