Raphinha staying focused after Barcelona thrash Feyenoord 5-1: ‘The idea is to carry on like this’

It was another near-perfect performance from FC Barcelona as they thrashed Feyenoord 5-1 in their first UEFA Champions League match of the 2026/27 season.
The Blaugrana got up and running early in the game, with captain Raphinha giving them the lead just three minutes in before Karim Adeyemi scored a screamer to make it 2-0.
Raphinha netted his second of the day after the half-time break, following which Lamine Yamal scored a sensational free-kick to seal the deal for good.
Feyenoord did manage to net a consolation goal, but Gabriel Jesus reinstated Barça's four-goal cushion with a deft header to score his first for the Blaugrana .
Speaking to the media after the match, captain Raphinha expressed his pleasure at the manner which Barcelona had started the season.
