Ramesh Rangarajan appointed Chairman of Kasturi and Sons Ltd.
Ramesh Rangarajan has been elected as the new Chairman of Kasturi and Sons Ltd., the holding company for The Hindu Group. Rangarajan, who has long-standing experience in the media group's advertising and circulation departments, succeeds his late father in the role.

Ramesh Rangarajan has been elected Chairman of Kasturi and Sons Ltd., the holding company of The Hindu Group Publishing Private Ltd. (THGPPL), the publishers of The Hindu , Businessline , Frontline, and Sportstar , and other subsidiaries. He is the son of the late Mr. S. Rangarajan, former Chairman of Kasturi & Sons Limited. Soon after graduation from Loyola College, Chennai, Mr. Ramesh Rangarajan joined The Hindu Group, where he served as Deputy General Manager before being appointed to the Board of Directors of Kasturi & Sons Limited. He has extensive experience in the advertising and circulation side of the news media business.
