Addressing a press conference at the BJP State office in Hyderabad, Mr. Rao said that while people expected meaningful discussions on issues affecting their lives, both parties were engaged in personal accusations and political one-upmanship. Condemning what he termed ‘theatrical political antics’ by the ruling Congress and the opposition BRS, he said the Legislature should instead focus on matters of public importance.
