Rajiv Rahadari JAC warns of legal action if elevated corridor works violate High Court order

The Rajiv Rahadari Property Owners Joint Action Committee (JAC) warned government authorities of legal action if work on the proposed Paradise–Rajiv Rahadari Elevated Corridor involves acquisition, demolition or dispossession of properties covered by a recent High Court order.
The warning came after senior officials inspected the ongoing project on Sunday (September 6). JAC chairman Telukunta Satish Gupta said the High Court had recently set aside the Section 19 final notification concerning the properties affected by the project. He said all authorities concerned were bound by the operative portion of the court’s judgment and any subsequent directions issued by it.
