Rains lash parts of Hyderabad on Sunday, bring relief from heat

Heavy rainfall across Hyderabad on Sunday provided significant relief from the high temperatures experienced since early August. Various parts of the city and its outskirts recorded substantial precipitation, according to the Telangana Development Planning Society.

After receiving overnight rain in several parts, Hyderabad woke up to a cloudy morning on Sunday with showers returning to several parts of the city post noon. The overnight and daytime rainfall brought temperatures down in many areas, offering relief from the high temperatures recorded across the city since the beginning of August.
Rain lashed several parts of Hyderabad and its outskirts, including Moula Ali, A.S. Rao Nagar, Nacharam, Mallapur, Tarnaka, Ameenpur, Keesara, parts of Shamshabad, Miyapur, Kavadiguda, Medchal and Serilingampally.
