<p>New Delhi: Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/rahul-gandhi">Rahul Gandhi</a> has stepped up attack on Home Minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/amit-shah">Amit Shah</a>, asking him to clarify whether he approved the use of lethal force, including pellet guns, against protesting students in Delhi last week.</p>. <p>In a letter to Shah on Saturday as students ended the protest following the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, the top Congress leader said he was demanding accountability for the “barbaric assault” on students who were peacefully protesting in Delhi on July 20.</p><p>The youth and students, “the future of our country”, are demanding answers and accountability and their voices will be heard, he said.
