The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Tuesday alleged irregularities behind the addition of BJP MP Raghav Chadha’s name in Delhi’s voter list even as poll officials rejected claims of any irregularities. Chadha’s name was included in the electoral rolls of the Rajinder Nagar Assembly constituency.
Addressing a press conference, AAP Delhi president Saurabh Bharadwaj said, “The Election Commission committing ‘farziwada’ (fraud) is nothing new... When the SIR process is underway and there were 746 voters in the booth in the draft roll, through what process did Raghav Chadha become the 747th voter?”
