Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood will return to Israel in November for a performance with Israeli musician Dudu Tassa at the 27th Jerusalem International Oud Festival. The festival, scheduled for November 5-12, will bring together musicians from Israel and abroad for a series of original productions and cross-cultural collaborations at venues across Jerusalem. Tickets range from 90 to 250 shekels. Greenwood and Tassa will once again perform Jarak Qaribak, Arabic for “Your Neighbor Is Your Friend,” their collaborative project built around reinterpretations of songs from across the Middle East. The festival will take place at three venues: the Jerusalem Theatre, Khan Theatre and Confederation House. Among the international guests is veteran Greek singer Babis Tsertos, who will be joined by Greek singer and santur player Areti Ketime.
