Pune’s 19-year-old Sarthak Chavan (Petronas TVS Racing) completed a double in the premier Super Sport 301-400cc Open class as the second round of the MRF Indian National Racing Challenge 2W concluded at the Madras International Circuit (MIC) here on Sunday.
Sarthak, who started from pole, overtook teammate Rakshith Dave at Turn-4 on the final lap to win, with Rahil Pillarisetty finishing third.

Chennai’s 16-year-old Kabilesh Rajini Krishnan (RACR Castrol Power1) also completed a double in the Super Stock 301-400cc Open class, while Motul Sparks Racing’s Ann Jennifer (Stock 165cc Intermediate) and Veedol C2 Racing’s K.K. Anandhu (Stock 301-400cc Novice) won their respective classes for the second time this weekend.
Faruk Ali Sohtun (Motul Sparks Racing) won the Stock 165cc Novice class and Venkatesan Iyyappan (M3 Torque Motorsports) topped the Pro-Stock 200cc Open race.
