Quack arrested in Dindigul

A 68-year-old quack was arrested in Komberipatti near Vadamadurai in Dindigul district on Friday. The quack has been identified as Anthonydas.

Joint Director of Health Services, Dindigul, S. Bharathi was conducting an inspection in Vadamadurai.

During the inspection at a private clinic it was found that Anthonydas who was running the clinic had not undergone formal medical training.

It was revealed that Anthonydas was allegedly treating patients using allopathic medicine. Following the complaint lodged by the Joint Director of Health Services, Vadamadurai, police arrested Anthonydas.
