MANILA, Philippines - Quezon City will implement a temporary liquor ban on July 27, 2026 to bolster security and maintain public order during President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s State of the Nation Address (SONA) at the Batasang Pambansa.Mayor Ma.
