Consumer goods giant, PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc, has released its audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 May 2026, delivering an impressive turnaround in performance driven by significant revenue expansion, efficient cost structures and substantial asset realisations. According to the report filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited, the Group generated total revenues of N260.46bn, representing a 22 per cent increase from the N212.63bn recorded in the previous financial year. Operating profit skyrocketed by 307 per cent to N77.06bn, up from N18.92bn in 2025, while profit before taxation surged 364 per cent to N77.32bn. Despite an increased income tax expense of N32.15bn, the Group closed the period with a net profit after tax of N45.17bn, a 349 per cent leap over the N10.07bn achieved in 2025. Profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company stood at N43.16bn.
