PUTRAJAYA, Sept 2 — Police urged a man suspected of sparking a disturbance during Monday’s 2026 National Day celebrations at Dataran Putrajaya to turn himself in at the Putrajaya District Police Headquarters to assist with investigations.
Putrajaya police chief ACP Aidi Sham Mohamed said police have received four reports regarding the incident so far.
He said the department detected a two-minute 18-second video uploaded to Facebook by the account holder ‘Anwar Captain Goose’ that showed a man wearing an orange or brown shirt, believed to have caused provocation.
