Property expo in Coimbatore from August 7 to 9
CREDAI Coimbatore is hosting the 16th edition of Fairpro, a property exhibition featuring over 1,000 residential projects from August 7 to 9. The event aims to showcase properties ranging from luxury apartments to plots, reflecting the city's growing status as a Global Capability Centre hub.

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Coimbatore will organise the 16th edition of Fairpro, a property exhibition, in Coimbatore city from August 7 to 9.
With the participation of over 35 developers who are members of the CREDAI, the fair will have details of plots, villas, luxury apartments, and gated communities in Coimbatore and nearby areas too.
S.R. Arvind Kumar, president of CREDAI Coimbatore, told the media on Tuesday that details of more than 1,000 residential projects will be on display. This year, CREDAI Erode and CREDAI Trichy are also taking part in the exhibition, displaying one project each from their respective cities. The expo will be held in Hall D at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex and the stalls will be bigger this year.
Coimbatore is always an end-user market with just 25 % of the buyers in the investor segment, he said.
