PATNA: An SSB assistant sub-inspector (ASI) posted at the SKMCH sector headquarters in Muzaffarpur has come under scrutiny after three women, including a Delhi-based influencer, accused him of fraud, blackmail and exploitation.The Delhi woman also alleged that the ASI’s associate raped her after luring her to Muzaffarpur and later used a video of the incident to extort money. The SSB has constituted a three-member inquiry committee to probe the allegations.The complainants, one from Delhi and two from Lucknow, have submitted complaints to SSB authorities and district police against ASI Vikas Kumar. They alleged he contacted them through social media, promising to boost their followers and make their content go viral.The Delhi woman alleged she travelled to Muzaffarpur with her two-year-old son in Dec 2025 after being invited by Vikas.
