Complainant M has returned to the witness box on Tuesday to continue giving evidence in the Alan Jones criminal trial.

The prominent athlete has alleged Mr Jones kissed him without consent on two occasions.

The 85-year-old has pleaded not guilty to one count of indecent assault and one count of sexual touching in relation to Complainant M.

Link copied Share Share article A prominent athlete has told court he sent Alan Jones messages wishing him the best for the holidays even after he was allegedly kissed without consent, because the veteran broadcaster had been "generous" to him throughout his life.

The man, known only as Complainant M, has alleged Mr Jones kissed him on the side of the mouth without consent at a public event in 2015.
