PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission says it has completed its investigation into allegations of misappropriation involving the Kuala Lumpur Vertical City (KLVC) project, linked to Felda and its investment arm, Felda Investment Corporation (FIC).

MACC chief commissioner Abd Halim Aman said statements from 30 witnesses, including Felda board members and management, had been recorded in connection with the KLVC investigation, which has now been completed, Bernama reported.

He said a former Felda director-general and a former FIC chief executive officer were arrested last Sunday.

“MACC will recommend that charges be brought against the two individuals based on the investigation papers,” he told a press conference in Kajang today.
