The body was discovered on Saturday night by the public on September 12, 2026, who subsequently alerted the police.
Police officers responded to the scene and found the body of an unidentified male adult lying on the pathway near the hospital gates.
The man was found without shoes and had no visible physical injuries.
The scene was processed by police officers before the body was moved to the Kiambu Level Five Hospital mortuary, where it was preserved pending identification and a postmortem examination to establish the cause of death.
Police said investigations into the incident were ongoing.
