Private schools must upload fee particulars on School Ed portal

The Telangana School Education Department has mandated that all private unaided schools upload their class-wise fee structures to the official portal. This move aims to ensure transparency and prevent exorbitant fee hikes by requiring schools to submit supporting documentation.

The School Education Department has directed all private school managements to upload their class-wise fee structure, along with supporting documents, on the department’s portal: https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in/
The exercise is to ensure strict compliance by private unaided schools regarding submission of mandatory records besides checking alleged exorbitant fee hikes year-on-year.
According to directions by Director, School Education, E. Naveen Nicolas, Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers are to inform and follow up with private school managements to display fee being charged for the current academic year.
The deliberations and documents in fixing the fee along with the signatures of the members of the school’s Governing Board, must be uploaded.
