<p>Princess Aliyah finally celebrated her much-awaited 18th birthday with a grand debut party after a month of preparations. </p><p>According to Athena Imperial's report on "24 Oras" on Friday, the young singer and actress was hands-on in planning the celebration, from conceptualizing her pre-debut photoshoot and choosing her outfits to attending the food tasting and venue ocular for the special occasion.</p><p>Princess shared that she initially suggested going on a trip instead of having a lavish celebration, but her family encouraged her to experience a traditional debut.</p><p>"My sister and mom said that since they didn't have a debut, I should be the one to have it. Even though I suggested we just travel instead, they said no so that at least one of us would get to experience something like this," she said in Filipino.
