Prince Harry reveals he ‘slipped into depression’ after moving to Canada

Prince Harry has said he “slipped into a depression” after moving to Canada.
The Duke of Sussex and his wife Meghan relocated with their young son several months after he was born in May 2019 and the 42-year-old has reflected on the “adrenaline crash” he experienced after years of living within a stressful environment in the UK.
In a new MasterClass episode titled Redefining Grief: Building Resilience Through Loss , Harry – who stepped back from royal duties with his wife in January 2020 – said: “Being in Canada, away from the stressful environment where presumably my body was just pumped full of adrenaline, within two or three days, I experienced this adrenaline crash, something that I’d never experienced before.
