Prince Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly plan to spend Christmas in Montecito, California, this year rather than joining the royal family at Sandringham.
According to a royal affairs expert, the stay could be extended for a longer period in light of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet's school holidays.
"Meghan and Harry are therefore looking carefully at the school calendar and identifying periods when Meghan can spend concentrated stretches working in California before returning to Britain," an inside told RadarOnline.com.
The confidant further said, "School vacations will obviously provide more flexibility, and there will also be occasions when the whole family can spend extended periods together in Montecito."
