In day-two foursomes (alternate shot) on Saturday (NZT), they fought back to claim a 1-up win for the international team against US duo Collin Morikawa and Wyndham Clark. On Sunday, they were more convincing with a 3&2 win over Clark and fellow American Sam Burns at the Medinah Country Club in Illinois.
“It’s been brilliant. We’ve played a lot of golf together since he turned pro in, what, 2020, was it?” Fox said of teaming up with Lee.
“[We’ve] travelled around the world together and to get a chance to play together in foursomes, I think we might have been both surprised it was foursomes, but it’s obviously worked pretty well.
