Speaking to reporters after inaugurating a new building for Madurai North Taluk here on Saturday, he detailed the outcome of a high-level review meeting held with Collector Nishant Krishna and key officials of various departments.
He said the administration planned to permit between 8,000 and 10,000 devotees on the temple’s upper terrace, alongside 300 dignitaries including judges, Collector and temple administrators. To maintain order and prevent unauthorised entries or irregularities, entry passes utilising secure QR codes would be distributed to attendees.
