Prajaseva Abhiyan to be launched on September 5
The Karnataka government is launching the 'Prajaseva Abhiyan' on September 5 to streamline public grievance redressal through local meetings and a digital, paperless system. The initiative aims to bring administrative services directly to citizens at the taluk and hobli levels.

The Prajaseva Abhiyan, announced by Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar to redress the grievances of people locally, will be launched at Kudligi in Vijayanagar district on September 5. The abhiyan aims to bring in transparency, quick relief and direct connect with the administration.
The goal is to bring administrative services directly to the homes of people, and the Prajaseva meetings will be held at taluk/hobli levels across the State every Saturday. The district-in charge Minister will chair the meetings at the taluk level on the first and third Saturdays of every month while the local legislator will chair the meetings at taluk/hobli levels on the second and fourth Saturday of every month, a note from Chief Secretary Salini Rajineesh said.
