The Public Policy Research Institute (PPRI), a think tank under the Finance department, has inked a memorandum of understanding with the BCM College, Kottayam. The MoU will create opportunities for research in public policy, training, internship and knowledge sharing. BCM College principal Thomas K.V. and PPRI director Mohanakumar S. signed the MoU.
