Possible air threat warning in Ludza municipality of Latvia is over

The National Armed Forces issued a warning covering Ludza municipality regarding a potential threat to airspace early Tuesday morning, at 2 a.m. A cell broadcasting alert was sent to residents of these municipalities. At around 2:25 the warning was over.
