Announcing the closure, the team said it was not the ending it had hoped for and thanked customers for their support throughout Sonnies’ journey.
Every coffee bought, visit, recommendation and kind word had helped the business grow, it said, adding that the friendships and everyday moments shared with customers had made Sonnies about “so much more than coffee and food”.
