Police take financial documents and records from Mandiri, Hayat

PETALING JAYA: Civil society organisations Mandiri and Hayat said 20 police officers visited their shared office here today to obtain documents related to the groups.
In a statement, the groups said they handed over audit reports, company registration documents, staff lists, payroll and EPF contribution records, tax documents, media statements concerning the “corporate mafia”, Hayat’s bank statements and other financial records. They also handed over a computer and a USB drive containing Hayat’s financial information.
