A police officer has been stabbed while responding to an incident involving a man armed with a knife in Adelaide's north, SA Police say.
The 27-year-old man was shot in the leg by police.
The officer has been taken to hospital with serious injuries, while her alleged attacker was also taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
