At around 12:30 a.m., officers with the Sûreté du Québec (SQ) responded to a fatal single-vehicle collision on Highway 50 near Montebello, Que.
The provincial police force told Radio-Canada that a man in his 30s lost control of his vehicle, hit a guardrail and then crashed into a concrete wall.

The man's injuries were "suspicious," according to a media release Saturday night from the Ottawa Police Service (OPS).
He was taken to hospital and died soon after, OPS said.
