Police constable among two arrested in Uganda over Dr Victoria Mutiso's murder
Kenyan authorities, with assistance from Ugandan police, have arrested three suspects in connection with the murder of Dr. Victoria Mutiso. The suspects include a police constable and are being processed for return to Nairobi to face charges.

In a statement, the DCI said the arrests were made in a coordinated operation spanning Nairobi and the Ugandan capital, executed by a specialised team drawn from the Crime Research and Intelligence Bureau, the Operations Directorate and the Homicide Bureau at DCI Headquarters.
Acting on forensic analysis, detectives traced two of the suspects to Kyanja Heights flats in the Nakawa suburb of Kampala, where they were arrested with the help of the Uganda Police Force.
The DCI identified them as Police Constable Bett Kiplangat Collins, service number 118491, attached to Thogoto Police Station, and Pius Muiru Mbugua, a civilian.
The agency said the two had sneaked into Uganda illegally after the murder. They are being held at Jinja Road Police Station pending an escorted return to Nairobi.
