Senthilkumar, 45, belongs to Kanadukathan near Karaikudi in Sivaganga district. On Saturday, he took an obscene photograph of a young woman on his cellphone at the Pallathur bus stand. Based on the woman’s complaint, the Pallathur police arrested Senthilkumar.
