GURGAON: Victim Sia, whose two-wheeler was allegedly hit by a car on Golf Course Road on Sunday, said she had posted a video of the incident the same night and alleged that police action was delayed despite the footage being widely broadcast on news channels.“The incident took place on Sunday morning and I posted the video same night. The video was played widely on news channels but I believe (police) action was delayed. Everything was visible in the video, that how he hit me intentionally, " Sia told news agency PTI.“It is not a matter of male or female, there are several males with such bad mentality. They take somethings on their ego and then take steps like this person did. They were chasing, harassing me and asked me to stop.
