Pokémon Game On! Initiative Launches Alongside 2026
The Pokémon Company has launched the 'Game On!' initiative across seven Asian regions to increase accessibility for Trading Card Game and video game players. The program includes a new event map, tiered tournament structures, and the start of the 2026-27 Asia Championship Series.

The Pokémon Game On! initiative was announced across Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand, intended to make Pokémon battles, including the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) and related activities, more accessible to players of varying experience levels.
As part of the initiative, a Pokémon TCG event map has been created to help players identify tournaments and events suited to their experience level, ranging from beginners to competitive players.
