Poco M8 Power is on its way as a rebranded Redmi
Xiaomi is preparing to launch the Poco M8 Power in India, which is expected to be a rebranded version of the recently released Chinese Redmi Note 17. The device is anticipated to feature a 7-inch OLED display, a Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor, and a large 8,000 mAh battery.

Earlier today, Redmi unveiled the Note 17 and Note 17 Pro in China. The former has the model number 26021RN18C. Meanwhile, in the latest HyperOS firmware build, references to a Poco M8 Power have been found, and this one has the model number 26021PC18I.
Let's unpack that. "RN" stands for Redmi, "PC" stands for Poco. The last character in the model number denotes the region it's intended for - "C" is for China, "I" is for India. So, with all of that in mind, it certainly looks like the Poco M8 Power is headed to India at least - of course it could also be offered in other markets, but it's definitely coming to India.
