Poco launches M8x 5G for mid segment users in India

Poco has launched the M8x 5G smartphone in India, targeting the mid-range market with features like a 7,900 mAh battery and a 120 Hz display. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processor and runs on Android 16.

Xiaomi’s sub-brand Poco on Friday launched M8x 5G smartphone in India for the mid-segment buyers . The phone bears an IP68 rating for dust and splash protection.
Poco M8x 5G has a 6.9 inch display with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
Poco M8x 5G ships with a 7,900 mAh battery, supported by a 45W charger in the box. It also supports 22.5W reverse charging. It features a 3.5mm headphone jack as well.
Poco M8x 5G runs on the newly launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 processor with up to 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage, with expansion support up to 1 TB. It operates on Android 16 with Xiaomi HyperOS 3 out of the box.
