Plus One: 34,752 students get supplementary allotment in Kerala

Kerala has published its first supplementary allotment list for Plus One higher secondary admissions, covering over 34,000 students. Despite this, significant seat shortages remain in districts like Malappuram, Palakkad, and Kozhikode.

As many as 34,752 students received allotment in the Plus One higher secondary first supplementary allotment that was published on Saturday.
Admissions as per the first supplementary allotment will be held from 10 a.m. on Monday to 4 p.m. on Wednesday. Those who received allotment should take permanent admission.
Of the 55,468 applications confirmed online for the allotment, 55,451, including 6,595 from other districts, were considered for allotment to 63,332 vacant seats.
As many as 28,580 seats remain vacant after the first supplementary allotment.
In Malappuram, where 8,599 students got allotment, as many as 7,028 students who had applied after failing to get allotment in the main phase of allotment or those who were unable to apply then are left awaiting allotment. Only 598 seats are vacant for them.
