The Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) has welcomed President Yoweri Museveni's appointment of its coordinator for the Greater Mpigi region, Juma Witonze Kisekka, as State Minister for Internal Affairs.
Twalla Fadil, the PLU general secretary, took to X (formerly Twitter) on Monday (July 27) to congratulate Kisekka on his appointment.
