PUNE: A video purportedly showing Pune realtor Ketan Agarwal, recorded days before his death, has resurfaced online as police continue investigating what they allege was a carefully planned murder. In the clip, Agarwal is seen addressing guests at an event believed to be linked to his engagement celebrations. Smiling on stage, he says, "We have been planning this for the last four months," before thanking the wedding planner for the arrangements. He ends by praising the organisers, calling them "the best event team you can get."Police allege that Agarwal's fiancée, Siya Goyal, and her 'lover' Chetan Chaudhary conspired to kill him after rehearsing the act at the same hilltop where he later died. Investigators claim Goyal gave a pre-arranged signal before Chaudhary pushed Agarwal off a cliff at Lohagad Fort in Maharashtra's Pune district on June 18.The case was initially registered as an accidental death. It later became a murder investigation after police said they had uncovered evidence suggesting the fall was staged. On Friday, a court sent Goyal and Chaudhary to 14-day judicial custody after both declined to undergo a polygraph examination. The court observed that such a test could not be conducted without the accused's consent. You Can Also Check: Gold Rate in Pune | Silver Rate in Pune | Bank Holidays in Pune | Public Holidays in Pune | Petrol Price in Pune | Diesel Price in Pune | CNG Price in Pune | LPG Price in PuneStay updated with the latest Pune news.
