The company plans to create more than 2,000 additional employment opportunities in India in the coming years, while expanding its physical footprint in Telangana.
The company’s India growth plans will be highlighted at IAMPHENOM India 2026, to be held on December 17. The event will bring together HR professionals, talent acquisition leaders, HRIT teams and C-suite executives to explore how AI can deliver measurable outcomes in hiring, employee development and workforce retention, according to Mahe Bayireddi, CEO and Co-Founder, Phenom.
