PFI leader arrested in Kerala RSS activist Sreenivasan murder case remanded

A leader of the banned Popular Front of India (PFI), who was recently arrested from Delhi by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in connection with the alleged murder of RSS activist Sreenivasan of Palakkad, Kerala , has been remanded to 15 days in judicial custody.
Muhammadali K.P., the PFI Palakkad district president, was remanded after being produced at the residence of judge P.K. Mohandas, Special Judge, considering the cases booked by NIA in Kochi on Thursday night.
Mr. Muhammadali was taken into custody on Thursday morning at the IGI Airport, New Delhi, on his arrival from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, according to the NIA. The agency said the accused had been hiding in the Arab nation for the past four years.
So far, 67 accused have been arrested in the case dating back to 2022.
