Peter Mui Kai Ming, brother of HK icon Anita Mui, excluded from mother's funeral

Peter Mui Kai Ming, the eldest brother of late Hong Kong diva Anita Mui, has reportedly been excluded from his mother Tam Mei Kam’s funeral.

Speaking to HK01, Peter said he had “absolutely no idea” the ceremony had taken place quietly on the evening of Sept 19.

He also threatened to sue his nephew, who was overseeing the arrangements, for “murder” and said he would take legal action against the police over their handling of his mother’s belongings.

Tam passed away at the age of 102 on Aug 30.
