ARUSHA: TANZANIA Rural Road Agency in Tanga Region has emerged among the country's top-performing public institutions in procurement after winning two awards at the 10th Public Procurement Forum currently underway in Arusha.
The awards, presented by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), recognised the agency's outstanding compliance with the Public Procurement Act and its strong performance in contract management.
